Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead warehouses nationwide. You will develop and coach Supervisors, implement efficient workflows, and drive safety and productivity improvements across operations.

You will partner with HR and site leadership to hire top talent and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders, while maintaining a strong culture of inclusion and safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for hiring Supervisors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Address customer concerns to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
