DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and drive end-to-end warehouse operations.

In a national role, you will develop efficient workflows, manage labor plans, uphold health and safety standards, and report on KPIs to guide continuous improvement across the network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
