Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in operations management with leadership track record.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with CDI's objectives.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including day, night, and weekend schedules; improve policies and procedures.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team; ensure training.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the operations budget; analyze data for cost savings.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements using data analytics.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement safety and regulatory compliance measures.
• Customer Focus: Align operations with customer needs and coordinate with sales and customer service.
• Technology and Innovation: Leverage Roadnet, Delivery Now, Samsara and stay informed on industry trends.
• Supply Chain and Logistics: Optimize inventory management and distribution.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to executives and stakeholders.
