Job summary

Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will guide Supervisors and Associates, develop schedules, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of warehouse management (10 years if no degree), strong leadership, KPI management, analytics, and WMS/GMP experience. Benefits are strong, with a competitive salary and 401K.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
7 years Warehouse Management experience; or 10 years.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Experience in union environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Experience using analytics and management reporting to drive improvements.
Related training or certification.
Experience with WMS and food safety/GMPs in warehousing.

Responsibilities

Manage Warehouse Supervisors and Associates providing guidance and expertise.
Responsible for all warehouse operations.
Responsible for all vacations and planned objectives.
Develops work schedules and assigns supervisors accordingly.
Initiate and monitor all safety policies.
Monitor regulatory compliance.
Review completed accident reports.
Evaluate performance of Associates.
Ensure warehouse and grounds are clean and orderly.
May conduct performance reviews.
Partner with Human Resources to interview and hire most qualified person for openings.
Train all personnel on warehouse equipment.
Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline up to termination as necessary.
Drive P&L initiatives.
Performs other duties as required.
