Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, New Jersey’s largest wine and spirits distributor, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain and audit the inventory control program. The role collaborates with teams across 3 shifts, analyzes stock movements, and drives improvements to ensure accurate inventory and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a warehouse environment, experience with WMS/ERP, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College degree related to Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with automated warehouses preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory moves and maintain the inventory control program.
• Generate and review metrics to monitor inventory accuracy and performance.
• Coordinate with frontline and managerial staff across 3 shifts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps based on inventory trends and drive improvements.
• Work with Excel to analyze data and produce reports.
