You will lead sales and administrative staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance, and develop strategies aligned with company goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or 4+ years in sales (or 7 years in sales leadership), a valid driver’s license, and beverage industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or closely related field with 4 years direct sales experience, or 7 years in sales leadership.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Experience developing sales strategies, business and sales plans, and schedules.
• Two years’ experience recruiting, hiring, leading, and managing outside sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and marketing plans for sales growth.
• Attain sales and revenue/margin targets and drive performance.
• Direct and coach a staff of sales and administrative personnel, including hiring and training.
• Support sales reps with customer relations strategies and issue resolution.
• Review sales activity and training needs with sales personnel and provide coaching.
• Maintain knowledge of services, product lines, pricing, promotions, and upsell opportunities.
• Respond to service or pricing changes promptly and professionally.
• Analyze market trends and competitive behavior to adjust sales approach.
