Job summary

CPF, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including freight, shipping and receiving, and returns. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain high levels of customer service in a GMP, food safety, and safety-conscious environment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing or logistics, prior supervisory experience, and strong computer skills. You will manage raw materials and finished goods inventories, oversee forklift fleet, and drive productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Participates in hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee training.
• Ensure a high level of customer service; resolve issues as needed.
• Manage finished goods and raw material inventory levels.
• Oversee forklift purchases and maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Implement processes and initiatives to improve productivity, including inventory control, warehouse best practices, and cost management.
• Maintain P&A responsibility for warehouse cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with all required policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and provide documentation as requested.
• Ensure all personnel work in a safe manner and follow safety protocols.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
