Job summary

Allied Beverage Group LLC in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead the distribution and warehousing operations, reporting directly to the Operations Director. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of senior supervision in a distribution warehouse.
• 7+ years of operation supervision experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning—staffing and forecasting for OSR and Returns; implement procedures; train on new technology and processes.
• Continuous Improvement—drive daily goals, develop and execute standard operating procedures and metrics.
• Building an inclusive culture—foster accountability, recognition, and front-line development.
• Collaboration—work with night/day operations, delivery, and maintenance to improve fill rate, throughput, and cost.
• Safety—lead safety programs, ensure compliance and immediate injury response.
