Job summary

NAPA in Payson, UT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead inbound and outbound warehouse operations. You will partner with the General Manager to set strategic priorities, drive efficiency, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality customer service.

You will develop and mentor teams, optimize processes, monitor budgets, and coordinate with transportation partners to resolve issues and improve performance in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• 1+ year in a managerial role or leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse operations and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with General Manager to implement operational strategies.
• Manages inbound/outbound operations and monitors productivity.
• Leads safety, housekeeping, and compliance initiatives.
• Trains and develops employees to maximize efficiency.
