Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager for our Anchorage distribution center. You will lead inbound teams, implement strategic priorities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across receiving, stocking, and unloading processes.

Reporting to senior DC leadership, you will drive performance, coach staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize efficiency and cost management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• 1+ year in a managerial role leading teams.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse ops and logistics software (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with DC leadership to implement operational strategies.
• Manages inbound operations by setting performance expectations and monitoring productivity.
• Leads inbound processes including receiving, stocking, and maintenance of safety protocols.
• Ensures safety compliance and a safe work environment.
• Trains and develops employees; supports problem solving.
• Handles customer and partner inquiries and escalations as appropriate.
• Works cross-functionally to resolve receiving errors and protect assets.
• Contributes to budget awareness and cost-saving initiatives.
