NAPA is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor to lead the receiving freight and stocking functions, ensuring loads are scheduled and received on time, and that paperwork is reconciled and quality parts are stocked. You will mentor teams, drive efficiency, and uphold safety rules while maintaining cost discipline.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with DC management, and a proactive approach to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Forklift and pallet jack certified; able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound operations, instruct employees and monitor progress.
• Design and maintain organization of inbound freight, receiving dock, stocking.
• Ensure safety rules and cost-saving improvements; drive process improvements.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods.
• Investigate and resolve receiving errors with DC management.
• Oversee reconciliation of received loads and put-away for freight and returns.
