Job summary

Nachi America Inc. in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking a Group Manager, Warehouse & Facilities to lead our warehouse operations and facilities management functions.

You will drive operational excellence, develop long-term strategies, improve inventory accuracy, and scale performance to support growth. You will mentor warehouse and facilities leadership, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and champion safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in warehouse ops, distribution, logistics, or related environments.
• Proven success developing and executing operational strategies that drive growth.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, material handling, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with growth plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, workflow improvements, automation, and scalability.
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to meet business goals.
