Job summary

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements across warehousing operations. A degree in logistics or related field is preferred, along with hands-on leadership and WMS/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar, with success in optimizing operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP software applications.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize space utilization, streamline workflows, and boost efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and shipping; ensure accurate cycle counts and audits.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve targets and productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to address issues.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC measures to ensure accuracy of outbound shipments and resolve quality issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair of forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely receipts and negotiate terms when needed.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs like order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports for management review.
