Job summary

Novo Logistics in Whitestown, IN seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple clients, ensuring safe, accurate handling, and efficient workflows. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement under the VP of Operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and proven ability to grow accounts while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience in account management, business development, or P&L ownership in multi-client/contract services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for multiple clients; ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet diverse client requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layout for space, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead client relationship management and provide regular client performance updates.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs, report performance to management and clients.
• Own site-level P&L performance and drive revenue growth and cost control.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to expand contracts and opportunities.
