Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a General Manager III to lead warehouse operations across our facilities. You will design and implement strategic processes to optimize performance, manage a large team, and ensure safety and reliability in daily operations.

You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee vendor relationships, and deliver reports on performance and inventory. A strong leader with P&L experience will thrive in our global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Experience with 3PL/contract logistics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for receiving, storage and shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Lead and coach Operations Managers and staff; build a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe facility.
• Utilize WMS and technology to track inventory and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective services per agreement.
• Prepare reports on performance, inventory, and other KPIs for decision making.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through daily contact.
• Oversee site P&L and contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews.
