Job summary

Olive & June is seeking a strategic, highly analytical Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations during a high-growth phase. This executive will build scalable infrastructure for omnichannel beauty, ensuring service levels, quality, and profitability.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee demand planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, vendor partnerships, and quality, while shaping long-term operational strategy and cross-functional execution

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in consumer products or beauty.
• Experience scaling operations in omnichannel environments with high SKU counts.
• Proven success in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong leadership of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent financial acumen with ability to manage inventories, margins, and budgets.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations organization across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, quality, and fulfillment.
• Own integrated supply and demand planning and drive monthly S&OP processes.
• Oversee global supply chain operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and warehouse management.
• Identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, resilience, and cost throughout the supply chain.
• Develop scalable systems and ERP roadmap to support growth and international expansion.
• Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to optimize margins and working capital.
