Job summary

ForceBrands is partnering with a rapidly scaling beauty brand to recruit a VP / Senior Director of Operations. This high-visibility role owns supply chain, manufacturing, inventory planning, forecasting, analytics and customer service as the business scales.

The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in EST/CST and periodic travel to South Korea. You’ll lead a lean team, influence senior stakeholders, and build scalable operations for e-commerce momentum across Amazon and DTC

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling beauty brand on a confidential search for a VP / Senior Director of Operations to help lead the business through its next stage of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role with ownership across supply chain, manufacturing, inventory planning, forecasting, analytics, and customer service. The business is currently e-commerce led, with strong momentum across Amazon and DTC and plans to expand into retail.

We’re looking for an operator who can think strategically, build for scale, and still stay close enough to the work to solve problems in real time.

The strongest candidates will bring:

• Leadership experience within beauty, skincare, or high-growth CPG
• Deep supply chain and outsourced manufacturing expertise
• Experience scaling operations in a fast-growing consumer business
• Strong e-commerce exposure, particularly Amazon and Shopify/DTC
• International manufacturing experience; working with Korean partners is a significant plus
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders while leading and developing a lean team
