Job summary

OSEA Malibu seeks a Senior Vice President, Operations to drive strategic development of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment. You will lead the Operations organization, build systems and teams, and partner with the executive team to scale operations for global growth.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in operations leadership within high-growth consumer brands, deep supply chain expertise, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions with senior leadership at a high-growth consumer brand
• Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or CPG preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
• Experience partnering with product development and commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Operations including manufacturing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and customer care
• Develop and execute multi-year operations and supply chain strategy
• Lead inventory planning and forecasting to optimize in-stock levels
• Oversee S&OP processes aligning demand, production, and financial plans
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PLs
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales to plan launches and requirements
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, service levels, lead times, costs
• Drive margin improvement through cost savings and vendor negotiations
• Develop budgets with Finance and monitor performance
• Lead scalable processes and systems to support global growth
• Travel to manufacturing partners and partners as needed
• Demonstrate strong communication with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
