Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia is seeking an Experienced BIM/VDC Manager to oversee daily BIM processes aligned with project schedules. You will lead the VDC team, promote best practices, and ensure standard procedures meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes constructability reviews, change management, and collaboration with project stakeholders to deliver successful BIM implementation across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading VDC/BIM teams on construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings and project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM field operation and engineering processes for projects of varying scopes.
• Guide VDC team and align with Turner Digital Build standards.
• Collaborate with VDC management to plan BIM tools for specific jobs.
• Develop and refine BIM implementation plans in line with contracts.
• Provide Quality Control of quantity variance reports for estimating and change management.
• Mentor and lead VDC project teams through planning and launch activities.
• Contribute to constructability reviews using trade knowledge.
• Communicate BIM changes and impacts to scheduling teams.
