Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Value Engineer for Life Sciences in New York to drive AI-driven value through the Process Intelligence platform. You will lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations, shape AI-powered solutions for complex supply chains, and guide proof-of-value projects from concept to adoption.

You will mentor teams, partner with CSCOs and IT leaders, and help expand Celonis’ footprint in life sciences by delivering scalable, compliant AI solutions that integrate with ERP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech supply chains.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences supply chain processes (S&OP, Procure-to-Pay, Track & Trace, Cold Chain, Quality) and translating needs into AI use cases.
• Expertise in generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration).
• Strong knowledge of Python ML libraries and data engineering tools for large, siloed datasets.
• Strong presentation skills for executives and IT leaders, with ability to lead demos and readouts.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in CS, supply chain, engineering, math, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI discovery and solutioning to translate client logistics requirements into AI solutions.
• Lead pre- and post-sales cycles with technical demonstrations and value realization guiding adoption thresholds.
• Prototype AI solutions in hackathons and prototyping sessions for complex supply network problems.
• Support clients in achieving ROI from AI deployments with PI platform integration into ERPs (e.g., SAP) and QMS.
• Drive domain leadership in Life Sciences Supply Chain across the organization.
