Qualifications

• 15+ years in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Custodian with strategy consulting exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets value chain including operations, risk, and compliance.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and driving multi-stream programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate institutional strategy to operations and map to Celonis value.
• Architect the CFO/COO office agenda and roadmaps for front-to-back value chains.
• Build board-level business cases showing financial impact of process intelligence.
• Lead multi-stream program execution and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive digital twin initiatives and executive relationship management.
• Mobilize Centers of Excellence and cross-regional delivery.
• Define standards for STP, exception handling, and regulatory reporting.
• Measure improvements and report realized value to senior management.
