Job summary

Celonis seeks a seasoned Client Value Partner to drive AI‑driven business transformations for our most strategic customers. You will lead large, cross‑functional teams to ensure successful value realization, adoption of Celonis platform, and executive alignment across complex, global accounts.

You will influence executive-level stakeholders, shape program roadmaps, and ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience; MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in driving measurable results through end-to-end large scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Deep exposure to change management practices.
• Ability to navigate large global organizations with data-driven persuasion.
• Experience designing, pitching and selling opportunities with SMEs and practice leads.
• Strong consultative approach with senior executives.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms and technology stacks; experience in solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer value journeys for strategic accounts.
• Influence senior customer stakeholders through executive communication and product knowledge.
• Establish program roadmaps and detailed value plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to staff engagements.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide feedback to managers.
