Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Utilities Sales Professional to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering practical equipment solutions that support customer success.

This role covers skid loaders, mini excavators, compact loaders, and tractors, with potential to sell larger equipment up to 350-size excavators. The position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commissions, a company truck, and a comprehensive benefits package, along with ongoing training

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships within an assigned territory by delivering equipment solutions.
• Execute sales strategies by leveraging manufacturer programs and conducting equipment demonstrations.
• Document and manage sales activity using company systems and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, delivery, and equipment logistics with internal teams.
• Uphold safety, company policies, and professional conduct while pursuing customer satisfaction.
