RDO Equipment Co. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee the Utility Sales Professionals across the region.

You will motivate, manage, and evaluate the team while developing and implementing the regional sales plan to grow market share and customer loyalty. Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 per year, with quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Industry and/or heavy equipment retail sales experience.
• Solid understanding of local market conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Utility Sales Professionals and motivate the team.
• Direct and motivate a professional sales team to accomplish objectives.
• Manage CRM (S2) usage, expense reporting, and cross-functional reporting.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed within the store and region.
• Advise sales team throughout the sales process, including prospecting and closing; develop goals and forecasts.
• Coach and mentor the sales team on needs/features/benefits, closing, and territory management.
• Create and monitor annual sales benchmarks and budget aligned with financial goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
• Lead the team to understand manufacturers’ products and programs to gain market share.
• Manage inventory and assets; ensure effective communication via meetings.
