Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive for the 25-49 Employee Market.

You will drive new business growth within a defined geographic territory, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers while helping address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management with ADP’s HCM solutions. You’ll prospect daily, nurture relationships, assess client needs, present tailored recommendations, and guide organizations through the buying process.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience or business development.
• Proven New Business Hunter with consultative selling approach.
• Must be a positive self-starter with a growth mindset and tech-savvy outlook.
