ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive for a 25-49 employee market in the United States. You will drive new business growth within a defined geography, targeting organizations with 25-49 employees, and address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management using ADP's HCM solutions.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, prospect for new business, build partnerships, and present tailored recommendations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience or business development.
• Proven ability to hunt new business and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling skills and adaptability to tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities
