ADP is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive for the 25–49 employee market in the United States. You will drive new business growth within a defined geographic territory, focusing on payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management through ADP's HCM solutions.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, prospect for opportunities, and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and career advancement in a Fortune 250

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development.
• Proven New Business Hunter with consultative selling skills.
• Ability to leverage technology and digital tools.
