Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve sales goals within your assigned geography.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management needs.
• Leverage multi-channel prospecting (networking, referrals, social selling, partnerships) to capture qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with ADP teams and act as trusted advisor to clients.
