Job summary

ADP, a Fortune 250 company, is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive (25-49 Employee Market) to drive new business growth and manage a defined US territory. You will build relationships with business owners and decision‑makers while helping them address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management using ADP's HCM solutions.

Daily duties include prospecting for new business, nurturing relationships, and guiding organizations through the buying process.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven new business hunter with consultative selling approach.
• Self-motivated and able to drive results.
• Comfort with using digital tools and technology in sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
