Job summary

Hogan Transportation Companies in Miami, FL is seeking a Rental Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our commercial truck rental line, including business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and branch performance.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, drive revenue and profitability, pursue new rental accounts, and develop leads for contractual services, while executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies and benefiting from coaching

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales and/or leadership experience is preferred.
• Conversational Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.
• Ensures decisions and solutions maximize fleet revenue and profitability.
• Ensures the rental operation runs efficiently.
• Interacts with clients and potential clients in-person and on the phone to ensure high-quality service.
• Arranges for the rental of vehicles and handles necessary paperwork.
• Coordinates with shop personnel to ensure trucks are client-ready and on-time.
• Resolves customer issues and ensures satisfaction with Hogan policies.
• Pursues new commercial rental accounts and develops sales leads for new contractual product lines.
• Works with other Hogan sales personnel to maximize branch performance.
• Executes the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
