Job summary

Hogan Transportation Companies in Obetz, OH is seeking a Rental Manager to drive the sales and operations of our commercial truck rental product line. You will handle business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and branch performance.

As Rental Manager, you’ll manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, maximize revenue, pursue new accounts, and develop leads for contractual product lines while following our sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience (preferred, not required).
• 2+ years sales and/or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop positive business relationships and work in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements.
• Maximizes product line revenue and profitability through decisions in rental process.
• Ensures rental operation runs efficiently and delivers high-quality customer service.
• Interacts with clients in-person and by phone to secure satisfaction.
• Arranges rental paperwork and ensures trucks are client-ready and on-time.
• Pursues new commercial rental accounts and develops sales leads for new product lines.
• Collaborates with sales personnel to maximize branch financial performance.
• Executes the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
