Job summary

Hogan is seeking a Rental Manager in Miami, FL to lead sales and rental operations for our commercial truck rental product line. You will handle business development, account management, asset management, and ensure branch profitability.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, drive revenue growth, provide excellent customer service, and develop new contractual product lines while coordinating with the sales team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or leadership roles is preferred.
• Ability to build positive business relationships and work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar fleet and optimize product line revenue and profitability.
• Oversee rental operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Interact with clients to secure new accounts and expand business.
• Develop sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full-service lease, contract maintenance).
