Job summary

Hogan Transportation in Obetz, OH, is seeking a Rental Manager to lead sales and operations of our commercial truck rental line. You will manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, drive revenue, and deliver excellent service to customers while pursuing new accounts and contract opportunities.

You will coordinate with shop staff to ensure client-ready trucks, implement strategies, and mentor the team to improve performance. This is a on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales and/or leadership experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with limited violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of trucks and align availability with customer needs.
• Maximize product line revenue and profitability through decisions in rental process.
• Ensure rental operation runs efficiently.
• Interacts with clients and potential clients in-person and by phone to ensure high-quality service.
• Arrange for vehicle rentals and complete necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with shop staff to keep trucks client-ready and on-time.
• Foster high-quality customer satisfaction and positive experience.
• Resolve customer complaints according to Hogan policies.
• Pursue new commercial rental accounts and develop sales leads for new contract lines.
• Collaborate with other sales personnel to boost branch performance.
• Execute the company's sales and marketing strategies.
• Perform other duties as required.
