Job summary

Hogan Transportation Companies in Denver, CO seeks a Rental Manager to lead sales and operations of the commercial truck rental line. You’ll manage fleet, maximize revenue, develop new accounts, and coordinate with service teams to ensure client-ready trucks.

This on-site role offers base pay of $51k–$56k plus 15% commission, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth through mentoring and strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience preferred
• 2+ years sales/leadership experience preferred
• Ability to develop positive business relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements
• Maximizes product line revenue and profitability
• Ensures efficient rental operation
• Interacts with clients to ensure high-quality service
• Arranges for vehicle rental paperwork
• Coordinates with shop personnel to ensure trucks are client-ready
• Pursues new commercial rental accounts
• Develops sales leads for new contractual product lines
• Supports other Hogan sales personnel to maximize branch performance
• Executes sales and marketing strategies
• Performs other duties as required
