Hogan Transportation is recruiting a Rental Manager in the United States to oversee a multi-million-dollar truck rental fleet, drive business development, manage accounts, and ensure exceptional service while aligning operations with sales and marketing strategies.

You will supervise daily rental activities, coordinate with shop personnel to keep vehicles ready, pursue new commercial rental opportunities, and mentor the team to achieve branch performance. A proactive sales mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop positive business relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet and match availability with client needs.
• Maximize rental revenue and profitability through decisions.
• Ensure efficient rental operations.
• Engage clients in person and by phone to deliver high-quality service.
• Arrange vehicle rentals and complete all paperwork.
• Collaborate with shop staff to ensure trucks are client-ready on time.
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle complaints per Hogan policies.
• Develop leads for new rental accounts and contract services.
