Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager II-III in Fresno to develop and expand commercial banking relationships. You’ll source new business, tailor treasury solutions, and deepen existing client ties while meeting sales goals. The role involves travel and may mentor junior team members as needed.

In addition to base compensation, perform­ance incentives are available. Requires strong relationship skills and knowledge of treasury products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–10 years of related experience in banking or business development.
• Strong cross-sell and client relationship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads and develops relationships to drive sales.
• Manages client relationships, delivering treasury and deposit solutions.
• Uses CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline.
• Negotiates pricing and proposals, closing deals.
• Mentors junior managers and supports product development feedback.
