Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager II to lead complex deposit and treasury relationships for small to mid-sized businesses in Northern California. You will drive business development, manage high-value portfolios, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

The role requires deep TM product knowledge, strong cross-sell capabilities, and collaboration across departments to deliver tailored treasury solutions. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years in commercial banking or business development or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong cross-sell ability and product knowledge across TM solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads via outbound calls, emails, networking and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Use CRM systems to track interactions, update records and manage pipeline.
• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients, growing deposits and TM usage.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and propose Treasury Management solutions.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of TM products, systems, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, product specialists, and other teams to optimize service delivery.
• Travel up to 75% to client locations, events, and trainings.
