Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager II-III to grow commercial banking relationships and deliver tailored treasury solutions. The role sources new business, deepens existing client relationships, and supports market development while representing the Bank in the business community.

Travel up to 75% is expected; the position involves mentoring junior RM staff, negotiating solutions, and driving revenue through cross-sell of products and services within designated markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence and authority.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Demonstrates knowledge of prequalification, pricing, and proposal strategies.
• Maximizes opportunities in closing deals to increase market share.
• Positions and explains bank products and services to clients with confidence and authority.
• Contributes to market development strategy and identifies new growth opportunities.
• Mentors junior Relationship Managers and shares best practices.
