Job summary

FFB Bank seeks a Treasury Relationship Manager II to oversee and grow complex deposit and treasury relationships with SMBs in Northern California. You will drive business development, manage high-value portfolios, and mentor junior staff while delivering tailored treasury solutions.

In this role you will ensure exceptional service, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and risk teams, while advancing strategic sales goals within a dynamic community bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial banking or business development.
• Proven ability to cross-sell and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients and grow deposits/TM product usage.
• Provide consultative treasury solutions including payments, digital banking, and cash management.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with operations and product teams.
