FFB Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager I-III to develop and expand commercial banking relationships. You will source new business, deliver tailored treasury and deposit solutions, and deepen client relationships to achieve sales goals while supporting market development and cross-selling Bank products.

Depending on experience, you may focus on treasury relationships, complex portfolios, or strategic advisory for sophisticated clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum 3–10 years of related banking or business development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and federal compliance regulations.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update client records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Demonstrates knowledge of prequalification, pricing, and proposal strategies.
• Maximizes opportunities to close deals and increase market share.
• Presents and explains bank products and services to clients with authority.
• Mentors junior Relationship Managers and shares sales best practices.
• Identifies market trends and provides feedback to influence product strategy.
• Prospects, sources, structures, negotiates, and closes deals aligned with the Bank's offerings.
