Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Government Banking to grow treasury management business and manage relationships with State and Local Governments. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and partner with bankers, analysts, and product leadership.

You will lead strategic dialogues, collaborate with senior clients, and deliver integrated treasury solutions while optimizing profitability and risk management across the client

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new treasury management opportunities.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with banks, COIs, and consultants.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarks and solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities with industry experts.
• Propose new solution ideas with internal product stakeholders.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events and client roundtables.
