Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Government Banking to build relationships and deliver tailored treasury solutions for government clients. Based in Chicago, you will lead discussions with clients and Finance teams to tailor cash management and payment solutions.

You will collaborate with Bankers, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated treasury services, manage risk, and drive revenue while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Success developing new business with focus on prospecting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to deliver integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key sales opportunities.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events.
• Manage non-credit risk and profitability of client relationships.
