Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
• Proven ability to develop new business with strong selling and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong client, COI, and partner relationships
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while maintaining existing relationships
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key sales opportunities and engage industry solution specialists for complex reviews
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in product development
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at markets, conferences, webinars and media platforms
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships
