Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Complex Business Transient Sales Manager in Las Vegas. The role requires deep hotel sales experience, familiarity with GDS systems, and the ability to analyze performance reports. You will manage accounts, develop new relationships, and participate in direct sales initiatives.

You will work with the sales team to meet revenue targets, present at HHBR meetings, and maintain strong client relations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state.
• Knowledge of reports and amenable to Lighthouse, Amadeus, Marriott MarRFP and MINT; Marriott CI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be prepared for daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meetings.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations (F&B, Guest Services, Reservations).
• Know and enforce sales policies and SOPs; guide the sales team accordingly.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals.
• Manage Sales Department within budget.
