Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas seeks a Complex Sales Manager to solicit and close on accounts across market segments, driving hotel revenues. You will develop knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and the sales process while managing top accounts with the Director of Sales.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and client-facing skills, with a focus on occupancy and ADR optimization and adherence to PST. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily hotel business review meetings and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and sales policies.
• Use the sales system to manage accounts, generate reports, and track activities.
• Initiate and follow up on leads and solicit new business.
• Host clients for property site inspections and entertain as appropriate.
• Maintain attendance and participate in required MOD coverage and trainings.
