Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Complex Business Transient Sales Manager to solicit and manage accounts in designated market segments. The role requires familiarity with GDS systems, pseudo-city codes, and reporting, plus month-end production tracking.

You will develop knowledge of hotel operations across departments, implement sales policies, and strive to exceed goals. A strong travel component and close collaboration with the GSO are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Knowledge and ability to analyze reports; Lighthouse, Amadeus, Marriott MarRFP and MINT experience preferred.
• Marriott Consolidated Inventory System CI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be prepared for daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meeting.
• Develop a full understanding of hotel operations including F&B, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Develop knowledge of sales policies and SOPs and ensure adherence by the team.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals and operate the department within budget.
• Entertain clients and develop networking opportunities in the market.
• Travel as required to meet with accounts and clients.
• Maintain active solicitation programs and monitor top accounts.
