Highgate Hotels is seeking a Complex Senior Sales Manager for the Las Vegas market. The role focuses on soliciting and developing accounts, closing new business, and driving hotel revenues within the Westin Las Vegas property.

This senior position requires a proactive sales approach, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage a busy, service-driven sales team. The candidate will attend HHBR meetings, master the hotel operations, and uphold all sales policies while working toward revenue

Formación

• At least 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
• Marriott Consolidated Inventory System CI experience a plus.
• Delphi experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and be prepared for daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meetings.
• Develop a full knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Learn and adhere to company sales policies and SOPs, ensuring the sales team complies.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals.
• Operate the Sales Department within the established sales expense budget.
• Participate in MOD coverage as scheduled.
• Initiate and follow up on leads and maintain active sales solicitation.
