Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Complex Business Travel Sales Manager in Las Vegas to drive revenue across market segments. You will solicit and manage key accounts, become familiar with GDS systems, pseudo-city codes, and reporting, and be responsible for month-end account production and performance tracking.

The role requires at least 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with a dynamic team and participate in leadership meetings while supporting

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of GDS systems, pseudo-city codes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be prepared for daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meetings.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including Food & Beverage, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Understand and apply Highgate sales policies and SOPs to the sales team.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and manage the department within budget.
• Entertain clients and develop new accounts to grow revenue.
• Travel as required to meet clients and close business.
