Marsh McLennan Agency in Spokane is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead high-level client service for Transportation accounts, delivering strategic risk solutions and proactive program management.

You will coordinate insurance proposals, stewardship reports, and analytics, translating operations and exposures into underwriting-ready submissions while supporting renewals and maintaining precise client data.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial insurance account management/client service experience with a focus on trucking/transportation risks.
Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred, but not required.
Experience managing insurance programs for transportation clients (motor carriers, brokers/logistics, intermodal/delivery).

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking, market commentary.
Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing and coverage considerations.
Maintain accurate customer information in the agency management system.
Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service with knowledge of transportation landscape.
Follow policies and ensure quality control and confidentiality.
