Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Executive to retain and grow existing business within assigned accounts. You will lead the client service team, coordinate with Marketing and Risk & Loss, and support renewal strategies while maintaining current Insurance Summaries and annual updates.

The role involves supervising team members, preparing proposals and invoices, and meeting with clients to discuss coverage and service needs. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 or more years of daily World Class Client service experience, or 6 years in the industry with 3+ years daily World Class Client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing account service activities.
• Prepare monthly production and activity reports.
• Manage/collect receivables with Client Sales Executive.
• Lead, present and participate in meetings with clients.
• Maintain current Insurance Summaries on all accounts.
• Lead renewal strategy meetings and coordinate coverage placement.
• Prepare proposals, binders and invoices.
• Travel to client sites as required.
